Snow and Cold. Ice everywhere! Temperatures ranging between 6 to 12 degrees below freezing! Walking from our front door to the car on 4 inches of ice was dangerous! But we must say -- it was beautiful. Then two days ago we had a February thaw and we only hope it will last for a while.

We hiked up the mountain to a waterfall and the ice formations were beautiful. Oh, how we love to walk and hike through this beautiful country we are now calling "home."
